Some evenings just ask you to slow down. The light turns to honey, the hills go soft, and something in you finally lets go of the day.
This one holds that feeling. Ribbons of pink and gold and deep sea-green moving across the canvas, a gentle drift of warmth and cool, nothing sharp, nothing rushed. Just the slow unwinding that comes when the sun starts dropping.
I didn't want to paint the exact place. I wanted to paint how it felt to be there, small under a big sky, walking easy into the last of the light.
